The concept welfare politics - mostly interpreted and understood as describing
matters of public administration relating to the system of political-economy
and the welfare state - has a reference to the populist policies promoting
health care and/or health services to employees. But it is only since the
emergence of the pro-people political ideologies, such as democracy, socialism
and communism, that the delivery of care for the well-being of people began to
be conceived as a primary objective of the ruling agency. In contemporary

nothing short of the vigorous revival of seventeenth century market liberalism,
